Parent Meeting Recap

Thanks to all of that were able to attend the parent meeting last weekend! The presentations are available online. Boys that were unable to get their equipment and locker can do so tomorrow, Saturday August 11 at 9 AM. |

Game Day Meals

IMPORTANT The Booster club provides an option for you to buy a meal so that you do not have to send an extra lunch on game days. Meal plans are sold by season. We are not currently selling selling game day meals. Your athlete will be served in the gym after school and before all regular season games. They will receive a sandwich, Gatorade, water, chips and cookies. We will alternate between Chick-fil-a and Jersey Mike’s and there is a veggie option. The team enjoys eating together and you don’t have to remember to pack food for them before school! |

Physicals Evaluations Required prior to Tryouts

The actual hard copy of the Physical must be turned-in to the coach before practice/try-outs. It must be signed by the 1) physician, 2) parent/guardian, and 3) student-athlete. |

Bronco Booster Club Banquet Committee is putting together a presentation for the 8th Grade Athletic Banquet. They are requesting that you please email a baby/childhood photo of your athlete competing at one of his/her sports to CMSEBroncoBoosterClub@gmail.com no later than Friday, April 27. This is for 8th Graders ONLY. Email subject line should be: [Athletes Name] Childhood Photo- 8th Grade Athletic Banquet. Photos received will be used in the video on the night of the awards banquet. Any photos received after Friday April 27, will not be included in the video. |

Coach Able has created a Twitter for all East Athletics. The username is CMSEAthletics and should be found using that or typing in Coppell Middle School East Athletics on twitter. Coaches will be posting almost daily with scores of current sports (basketball, and eventually track and soccer), pictures, offseason activites, recoginizing athletes, and showing previous sports like football, cross country, and volleyball.

7th Grade Boys Basketball Team Outing!

The 7th grade boys basketball team had a great outing on Saturday night to see the TCU Horned Frogs take on the Kansas Jayhawks. A huge thanks to the coaches and to TCU! The boys got to experience an exciting Big 12 college basketball game!

We have 2 home basketball games this week. 7th grade boys tonight and 8th grade boys on Thursday night. We need a parent volunteer to open concessions (take cash box, unlock barn and help NJHS set up) and a parent to close concessions (take cash box, lock barn and help NJHS put candy and drinks up).
